The tubing is manufactured using in-line laser measurement for 100% in-process inspection, ensuring high quality. Available in a range of standard sizes, it is suitable for various applications including urine drainage and suction tubing. The tubing is made from materials such as medical grade PVC and TPE and can be supplied in cut lengths or coils. Additionally, rigid cores are available for winding medical bandages and tapes. The facility offers in-house tooling and design to meet customer needs and is audited by a leading medical supplier. COBA has received awards for its consistent production quality. Medical grade extruded profiles are also available for specialized applications like needle-fork cubes.
Our facility in Cape Town manufactures many different products for a whole range of industries in a broad spectrum of materials such as PP, HDPE, PVC, ABS, PU, CMA, Nylon.
