COBA Plastics Group does not supply any article that is within the scope of annex I to EU directive 2002/95 concerning the restrictions of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.(RoHS).
In the event that any article supplied that could be later incorporated into such equipment. All articles supplied by COBA Plastics Group are fully in compliance with the restrictions detailed in Annex II of the directive. This includes amendments made under 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU.
COBA Automotive (UK) Ltd. is fully compliant with EU regulation 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of chemicals. None of the articles we supply contain more than 0.1% w/w of any chemical substance restricted by annex XVII, authorised by Annex XIV or listed on the Candidate list of substances of very high concern for authorisation that is current at the time.
