The new facility located in Tangier
We are delighted to share some exciting news! COBA Plastics Group is expanding its footprint by opening a new facility in Tangier, Morocco, within the prestigious TFZ (Tangier Free Zone) business park.
This new distribution centre is strategically located to serve our valued automotive seating manufacturer customers in North Africa, many of whom are just a short drive or even walking distance from the facility. The new location will allow us to provide better service, delivering components to local customer locations more efficiently.
Here’s a brief overview of our Tangier facility:
• 15,400m3 of operational space spanning three storeys
• Includes reception, office space, and dedicated racking areas
• The building is brand new and ready to be fully equipped
We’ve also strengthened our team by appointing Mohamed Afallah as our Logistics Manager last year. He, along with Jonathan Atkinson (COO), Emanuel Sarikas (Sales Director), and Mark Goodwin (IT Director), recently surveyed the facility in mid-December to ensure smooth operations upon launch.
This expansion reflects our commitment to supporting businesses with greater flexibility and proximity to manufacturing sites. We look forward to continuing to serve our customers with the high standards expected from COBA Plastics Group.
