COBA International is delighted to announce two recent promotions within our COBA Automotive group.
Plant Director, Jozef Kolba, has been promoted to Managing Director for the COBA Automotive group in Slovakia, Russia and Bosnia, and former financial controller, Peter Lehocky, is promoted to Finance Director (Eastern Europe) COBA Automotive s.r.o.
Jozef joined COBA Automotive 12 years ago to run the Terchova operation in Slovakia and has since worked incredibly hard to expand the business, while also making significant improvements to the factory itself which today employs some 320 people in Slovakia. That is over treble the number working there when Jozef first joined! He is also responsible for COBA Automotive’s facilities in Bosnia and Herzeogovina, and Russia.
“Jozef has done so much for COBA in Eastern Europe, and for the staff who work in our factories, whom he values highly. This promotion comes as a result of Jozef’s smart and tireless commitment to COBA. Meanwhile Peter Lehocky now enjoys the position Finance Director (Eastern Europe) for COBA Automotive s.r.o. Peter joined COBA in October 2014 and has played an instrumental part in developing and improving financial reporting for COBA Automotive s.r.o. and COBA Europe s.r.o. Peter has also applied his skills and knowledge to aid the overall development of the COBA group in Eastern Europe and is also overseeing financial reporting for our businesses in Bosnia and Herzeogovina, and Russia.
