Warehouse Team Member

About the Role

Working closely with the warehouse team, you will be responsible for the processing, management and control of all inbound and outbound freight, stock and customer picks. Responsible for effective / efficient stock control of raw materials and finished goods in line with company procedures. Duties may include loading, picking, material handling and other general warehouse duties as requested.

Essential Experience:

• Possess a current licence for Reach and or Counterbalance fork lift trucks
• Have previous experience of operating in a warehouse function and use of a fork lift truck
• Have a good level of computer skills and have had previous experience in using barcode scanners.
• Have good attention detail, interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and effectively
• Possess good standards of English and mathematics

Personal Specification:

The position requires an experienced individual with a proven track record working in a warehouse environment. A self-motivated individual who is able to work to tight deadlines, able to work under pressure, work as part of a team or on their own initiative and possess good communication skills. In addition, due to the nature of the business reliability, flexibility and good time keeping are key requirements.

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 05.50 – 14.05, Monday to Friday (week 1), 13.50 – 22.05, Monday to Friday (week 2). Rotating shifts.
