Setter

We’re looking for a Setter to join our Production team in COBA Automotive UK Ltd!

You will be responsible for engaging and motivating a production team, ensuring agreed production targets are met on the shift in line with business requirements. You will be able to mentor and train production members on production processes as required. You will ensure all production set ups are completed in a timely manner in conjunction with the production plan and that tool care/management procedures are adhered to.

To be a successful candidate, you will be competent in all aspects of the manufacturing processes and be able to use IFS software systems. You will be competent in training new starters and ensuring their development.

Working Pattern: 

05:50 – 14:05 Monday to Friday (week one)

13:50 – 22:05 Monday to Friday (week two)
