About the Role

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the effective leadership, coordination, and control of manufacturing operations. The role is accountable for delivering performance across safety, quality, cost, efficiency, and delivery, while leading and developing manufacturing teams and driving continuous improvement across all production activities.

Key Experience:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Deliver performance against KPIs including efficiency, PPM, OTIF and OEE
  • Lead, coach and develop manufacturing teams across all shifts
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Role Requirement:

  • Proven experience in extrusion manufacturing within a high-volume environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing and ancillary equipment
  • Demonstrated people leadership and performance management capability
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Experience within automotive manufacturing preferred

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 0830 – 1700 Monday to Thursday, 0830 – 1600 Friday.
